Before I get into my second post today, I completely forgot to tell you in my first post that I now have Pinterest! If you also have Pinterest, click here and give me a follow. I post beauty, makeup, hair, fitness, home decor, fashion, photography etc, so if any of that interests you, let’s follow each other! 🙂
Today’s second post is going to be a review on the Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation which I have had for a little over a month, so I thought it was a good time to give you all my final thoughts on it.
Our brightening liquid foundation builds from light to medium coverage for a natural complexion you can believe in. It’s you…just more luminous & healthy looking.
- Hydrating benefits
- Broad-spectrum SPF 25 PA+++ *
*Our foundation’s superb protection, explained: SPF stands for the protection grade of the UVB filter. PA refers to that of the UVA filter. The stars indicate the level of protection with three-stars being the highest.
I got this foundation when I went into my local Myer and asked a really lovely lady at the Benefit counter to help me find my correct shade of foundation. The lady sat me down and went to work, applying different foundation swatches to my neck and we both agreed that the shade ‘cheers to me, champagne’ was my shade. She then applied it to my whole face and I honestly fell in love right then and there. Although the foundation looked amazing that day, I knew I had to give it more of a test to really figure out if I like it or not. So a month has passed and here are my final thoughts…
I love this foundation!
Everything Benefit has said about this foundation is true!
It’s a light weight foundation, which I love (I love full coverage as well), the coverage is actually amazing for a light weight foundation – usually when I use light weight foundations (I’m saying light weight foundations so much, I am so sorry ugh), the coverage is never good and I have to keep applying. With this foundation though, I only need one – two pumps and my whole face is covered and looks flawless.
I have found that this foundation goes on a lot better with a brush instead of a beauty blender, but that isn’t a problem for me at all. I do go over with a beauty blender though to smooth it all out more.
The wear is also great. I do find that by the end of the day, the foundation has ‘disappeared’ around my nose, but I get that with a lot of foundations so I’m not really fussed about it.
So that is it for my Review post, I really do recommend checking out this foundation! For a light weight foundation, it’s freaking amazing!
